Bell County ran its district mark to 5-0 with a 25-9, 25-17, 25-5 win Tuesday at Harlan.
Carley Thomas led the Lady Dragons with six digs, three kills and one assist. Annie Hoskins had three kills, three blocks and two digs. Emma Owens added seven digs, two assists, one ace and one kill. Ella Farley had six digs. Campbell Nunez chipped in with one dig and one assist. Kendyll Blanton added two digs. Mallory McNeil and Ava Nunez each contributed one dig.
The 8-10 Lady Dragons will be at home on Saturday to face Hazard at 11 a.m. before closing the regular season on Oct. 6 at home against Leslie County.

Harlan County earned one of its most impressive wins of the season Tuesday with a 27-29, 25-15, 25-19 victory over visiting Williamsburg,
The Lady Jackets were one spot ahead of HCHS in the KHSAA rankings and played without freshman standout Kalista Dunn, who suffered an arm injury recently.
Kylee Hoiska led the Lady Bears with 15 digs and three kills. Lindsay Hall added six digs, five service aces and six kills. Savannah Hill had eight assists, four aces, two kills and two digs. Emilee Eldridge added six kills, four digs and one assist. Ashton Evans contributed nine digs, two aces, three kills and two assists. Destiny Cornett added three kills, two aces, two digs, two assists and one block. Kylee Moyers had eight digs, two aces, two assists and three kills. Chloe Shelton added five assists and three digs. Brooklyn Wood had three digs and one assist.
The 7-8 Lady Bears will play host to Lynn Camp on Thursday.

Harlan County won in four sets Monday at Barbourville, downing the Lady Tigers 25-11, 24-26, 25-22, 26-24.

The Lady Bears won 21-8, 21-9 in junior varsity action.
