Izzy Pendleton pitched a two-hitter with 15 strikeout as Tri-City overpowered Knox County 6-2 on Tuesday in the District 4 Tournament (ages 9-10) at Corbin.
Harper Blair, Pendleton, Sabrina Cornett and Kaylie White each had hits for Tri city. Blair drove in two runs with her double. Pendleton had two of Tri City’s nine stole bases.

Tri City was eliminated with a 7-0 loss to North Laurel on Thursday.
Pendleton had the only hit for Tri City with a single. She gave up seven runs on four hits with 12 strikeouts.
