Harlan senior Aiden Johnson shot a two over par 38 at the Wasioto Winds course in the 13th Region All-A Classic on Monday. Johnson finished with the second best individual score. His score qualified him for the state All-A tournament to be held at Gibson Bay Golf Course in Richmond on Sept. 9.
“Aiden has been playing very well this year. I’m proud of him for qualifying for All-A state and look for him to make a strong showing at Gibson Bay,” Harlan coach Jeremy Lee said.
Rounding out the day for the Green Dragons were Baylor Varner with a 53, Brody Owens with a 59, and Kevin Thomas Lee with a 63.
In junior varsity action, Carson Osborne shot a 57, Caiden Jackson had a 62 and Daria Lee shot a 59.
Harlan will be back in action Thursday at the Middlesboro Country Club.
