Rosspoint wins twice in South Laurel Showcase
Rosspoint stepped outside local competition and brought back a pair of impressive fifth- and sixth-grade wins Saturday in the South Laurel Showcase.
Trey Creech and Hudson Faulkner each scored 10 points in Rosspoint’s 33-23 win over Lexington Catholic. Parker Long tossed in six points, followed by Blake Johnson with five and Kolbi Green with two.
Faulkner poured in 26 points in a 42-21 win over South Laurel. Johnson tossed in eight points. Creech scored four. Long and Carson Sanders added two each.
