Rosspoint and James A. Cawood were winners Friday in their respective middle school regional tournaments.
JACES downed North Laurel 44-35 in the eighth-grade division as Kaden Jones poured in 23 for the Trojans and Tyhler Coots added 11. Brenton Bargo chipped in with six. Logan Smith and Brayden Morris scored two each.
Trey Creech scored 16 as Rosspoint downed South Laurel 49-35 in the sixth-grade division. Hudson Faulkner added 12. Blake Johnson and Parker Long each contributed 10 points. Carson Sanders scored one.

Rosspoint’s Carson Sanders headed down the court Thursday in action from the fifth- and sixth-grade county tournament finals. Rosspoint downed South Laurel 49-35 on Friday in regional tournament action in London.
