HCHS cheerleaders place second to advance in competition

The Harlan County High School cheerleaders placed second in their division at UCA National Preliminary on Saturday to advance to the national semifinals on Monday at ESPN in Orlando, Fla. They will now compete against 16 other teams from around the nation at 12:01 p.m. Awards will be held at 1:30, and nine teams will advance to the national finals later that afternoon.
