Four Lady Dragons scored in double figures on Tuesday but it wasn’t enough against one of the 15th Region’s top teams as Johnson Central coasted to an 83-59 victory.
The 22-2 Lady Eagles, coached by Evarts graduate Jim Bob Hicks, were led by junior guard Kaylyn McKenzie with 20 points. Sophie Younce and Taylor McKenzie added 12 and 11 points, respectively, Addison Burchett chipped in with 10.
Aymanni Wynn led the balanced Harlan attack with 18 points, followed by Emma Owens with 13, Kylie Noe with 12 and Peyshaunce Wynn with 11.
Harlan (14-12) will play host to PIneville on Thursday.
