Harlan County freshman Alexis Adams dominated as she recorded all 18 outs via strikeouts as the Lady Bears won 11-0 on Tuesday at Bell County.
Adams gave up only three hits and four walks as she improved to 5-6 on the season.
Halanah Shepherd led the HCHS offense with a triple, double and single. Jade Burton added three singles. Rylie Maggard had a double and single. Lindsey Skidmore and Jenna Wilson contributed two singles each. Adams, Aviya Halcomb and Lesleigh Brown added one single each.
Addison Maiden, Camdyn Thomas and Emily Rose each had singles for the Lady Cats.
The 5-11 Lady Bears play in the Mountain Strong Softball Classic at Letcher Central on Thursday and Friday.

Bell County swept a doubleheader Monday at home against Washburn, Tenn., winning 12-2 in the first game and 7-4 in the second.
Adyson Scott pitched a four-hitter in the opener with five strikeouts and two walks.
Hannah Fetters led the Bell offense with a triple and double and two RBI. Emily Rose added a double and single. Kenley Foster and Scott had two singles each. Addison Maiden contributed a triple. Alexus Lawson, Addison Lucas and Jayda Boateng added one single each.
Camdyn Thomas pitched a five-hitter in the nightcap with eight strikeouts and five walks.
Scott drove in two runs with a double and single. Lucas had two singles. Boateng, Lawson and Foster added one single each.
The 5-9 Lady Cats play at Harlan on Thursday.
