After blowout losses last week against South Laurel and Clay County, the Harlan Green Dragons fought until the end Monday at Williamsburg before falling 48-44.
Senior forward Andrew Smith scored 14 points to lead the Yellow Jackets.
Harlan was led by Nate Montanaro with 11 points and Jaxson Perry with 10.
The Green Dragons travel to Lee, Va., on Tuesday. The 3-0 Jackets play at Apostolic Christian School on Tuesday in Knoxville.

Williamsburg won 39-29 in junior varsity action as Chase Meddles scored 15 and Reece Hatcher added 10 for the Jackets. Andy Shelton and Jacob Taylor added five each. Peyton Hamilton chipped in with four.
Braxton Rose led the 0-3 Dragons with 11 points. Eli Noe added eight. Dalton Halcomb and Gibson Wilder each tossed in three. Brayden Lucas and Hunter Brock scored two each.
