Harlan fell to 0-3 in the State Farm Holiday Basketball Tournament at East Jessamine with an 85-71 loss Sunday to Powell County in the seventh-place game.
Junior forward Tucker Ramsey scored 24 points and junior guard Bryson Edwards added 23 to lead the 7-3 Pirates.
The Dragons placed four in double figures, led by freshman guard Jaxson Perry with 22 points. Kobe Noe scored 18, followed by Izack Saylor with 14 and Ethan Huff with 12.
Harlan (2-11) will play host to Harlan County on Thursday.
