North Laurel senior Brooke Nichelson leads the 13th Region Coaches Association All-Region Team as player of the year. Nichelson, who has signed with Murray, has averaged 23 points and 8.7 rebounds per game this season.
South Laurel’s Todd Windlan was named coach of the year after leading the Lady Cardinals to a 22-5 record in his first season in London.
