James A. Cawood and Black Mountain (4th/5th) grade took to the pitch to start play for the night. Black Mountain was short players but managed to field eight players. Despite being short on players, the contest remained competitive. Carson Kazy scored early with just 36 seconds ran off the clock, making the score 1-0. At 9:52 Carson Kazy found the goal again, changing the score to 2-0. With 8:04 remaining in the first half, Leah Collins tacked on another JACES goal to end the half at 3-0. BME found its defense in the second half holding off scoring by JACES. At the end of regulation, the score was 3-0 JACES.

James A. Cawood faced off against Black Mountain in middle school action. Play was very competitive as both teams battled for the ball across the whole field. At the end of the first half, the score was 0-0. Play continued at a high competitive level, but with 26:02 remaining on the clock Avan Middleton scored to put James A. Cawood up 1-0. No other goals were made as Black Mountain came close on a couple of occasions but James A. Cawood defense held them off. At the end of regulation, the score was 1-0.

In the first match of the evening, Wallins secured an 8-0 victory over Rosspoint in middle school action. Per KHSAA ruling, after a team scores eight points over another team, the contest is ended.
To start the onslaught of scoring for Wallins, Mason Howard put one in within 1 minute and 15 seconds of play. Mason Howard scored three additional goals back to back in the first half, totaling four goals for the first half with 15:00 left to play. Gage Collett tacked on another point around the 13:00 mark. Brooke Haywood added another point with 6:12 left to play in the first half. Mason Howard took his fifth goal of the night with 1:42 left to play, which eventually ended the half Wallins up 7-0.
Within one minute of the second half, Gage Collett earned his second goal, stopping the game with 29:08. Play continued with substitutes to run out the clock, not recording anymore official goals.

In 4th/5th grade action, tough defensive presence on both sides of the balls for the Evarts Wildcats and Black Mountain Tigers resulted in a scoreless game. After two halfs, the game ended 0-0.

What started out as a very competitive matchup in the first half, resulted in Evarts defeating Black Mountain 7-1 in middle school action. At the 28:17 mark in the first half Jessie Pendergrass scored putting Evarts on the board, 1-0. Competitive play kept both teams from scoring until 10:34 remained on the clock when Aiden Napier added another one for Evarts, making the score 2-0. Black Mountain made their move soon after when Vanessa Griffith put Black Mountain on the scoreboard with 4:46 left to play, score set at 2-1 Evarts. In the second half Jessie Pendergrass began the push within nine minutes of play, putting Evarts up 3-1. Both teams battled hard as neither team could score for the next 11 minutes, but Aiden Napier tacked on another goal with 10:02 left to play. At 6:42 to play, Jace Hensley put Evarts up 5-1. With 2:31 left to play, Jessie Pendergrass earned his hat trick, changing the score to 6-1. Jace Hensley closed out the scoring in the last couple of minutes in regulation to end the game 7-1

James A. Cawood and Wallins Elementary teams met on the pitch and battled for a 1-1 finish. Tough defensive sets on both ends of the field held both teams from scoring in the first half. With just over nine minutes left in the second half, Mark Sergent put JACES up 1-0. Hunter Evans answered that call for WES to tie the game with 37 seconds left to play. The game ended at a 1-1 draw.

Wallins defeated James A. Cawood in middle school soccer action with a 7-1 win. Within the first 10 minutes of play Mason Howard put Wallins on the scoreboard 1-0. Avan Middleton kicked in a good shot to tie the score 1-1. Jason Robbins added Wallins second point, making the score 2-1. After that, it was all Mason Howard for Wallins adding points for the Purple Devils. He ended the half scoring two more shots to end the score at 4-1. Coming into the second half, Mason Howard tacked on two more shots early and one midway through the half. Eventually regulation time would end for a 7-1 win for Wallins.

Evarts defeated Rosspoint in middle school action, winning 8-0.
In route to the win, Evarts had four players make changes to the scoreboard. Within 23:08 on the clock Jessie Pendergrass #2 put Evarts on the board 1-0. At 22:24 Jace Hensley tacked on a point, score 2-0. Aiden Napier earned the third point for Evarts at 15:43 left to play in the first half, score 3-0. Aiden Napier #11 found the back of the net again at 13:28 putting the score at 4-0. The half would end with this score. Within four minutes of the second half Jace Hensley found the goal, making the score 5-0 Evarts. Jace Hensley #15 found the goal yet again a couple of minutes later, score 6-0. Carter Sawyers #1 from Evarts kicked in a shot to put Evarts up 7-0. Jace Hensley ended the game at 8-0, which enacts the mercy rule, ending the contest with just over 16 minutes left to play in regulation.

Cumberland and Black Mountain ended their match at a 1-1 draw. Black Mountain came out early with impressive ball handling by Justin Coots to close in a score for Black Mountain at 23:20 left to play in the first half, score 1-0 Black Mountain.
The remainder of the contest was a battle as neither team scored the remainder of the first half, through the second half. Cumberland found the back of the net after a huge push to tie the game at 1-1. With 2:21 left to play, neither team could find the goal again.
