The Harlan County Legends won the fourth-grade division of the Borderline Classic with four victories Saturday at Whitley County. The Legends defeated Rockcastle/Casey Elite (RCE) 40-21 and the Kentucky Colonels 49-34 in pool play. The Legends defeated Jellico Elite 47-22 in the tournament and knocked off RCE 38-33 in the championship game.
