The Tri-City All Stars split a pair of games Saturday in the District 4 Tournament (8 and under) at the Perry County Park. Tri-City opened with a 3-2 loss to Hazard/Perry before rolling past Clay County 16-2.
Rhett Fields and Jacob Hatfield each had two hits and an RBI in the Hazard game. Caleb Creech, Xavier Clark, Grayson Lewis, Myles Hughes, Eli Halcomb, Micah Lawson, Paxton Hendrickson and Naysa Pierson added one hit each.
Creech, Clark, Fields, Hendrickson and Lawson had three hits each in the win over Clay County. Hatfield, Halcomb, Brantley Wells and Pierson added one hit each. Lewis, Hughes and Jase Brashears had one hit each.
Tri-City will play the Knox County-Rockcastle County winner on Monday.

The Harlan All Stars were eliminated with two losses Saturday against Williamsburg (12-1) and South Laurel (14-0).
No statistics were available for Harlan.
