The Harlan Green Dragons broke out of a season-long offensive slump on Friday in an 18-14 win at Berea.
Sophomore running back Boss Bryson ran for two touchdowns. Elijah Caudill passed to Izack Saylor for the Dragons’ other score.
Harlan had been held scoreless through the season’s opening three games with losses to Knott Central, Morgan County and Phelps.
Bryson ran for 162 yards on 20 carries to lead the Harlan offense. Elijah Caudill completed five of nine passes for 52 yards. Dyson Freeman had three catches for 32 yards and Saylor added two for 20 yards.
Bryson also led the Harlan defense with nine tackles, including three for losses. Caudill, Freeman, Elijah Thompson and Kameron Witt had six each.
The 1-3 Dragons open their district schedule Friday at Pineville.
