Casolari wins SNEDS Tour title in Kingsport
June 18, 2022
Harlan County High School freshman Brayden Casolari is in the middle of a busy summer competing against several of the top young golfers in Kentucky and Tennessee.
The highlight of the month was a win in the SNEDS Tour Masters Series at Warriors Park near Kingsport. He shot a four-over par 76 on the first day and led four other golfers within two strokes. He pulled away on the second day to win his first two-day SNEDS Tour title.
He opened the month in the Kentucky Junior PGA Championship in Richmond where he placed 17th overall.
Casolari followed that with a second-place finish in a SNEDS Tour Masters Series event at the Blackthorn Golf Club in Jonesboro, Tenn., where he finished two strokes behind the winner.
He competed on the national state on June 13 by playing in the American Junior Golf Association event in Ashland.
Casolari will return to action June 24 in a drive, chip and putt completion and then travel to Owensboro on June 27 in his first USGA Junior Amateur Qualifier tournament.

So very prod of him. He puts his heart into the game. I’ve been watching him for awhile. He uses compassion and skill to the dedication to each game. Brayden once told me if he failed , it was on him. That’s why he plays to win. He doesn’t want failure in his vocabulary. He has a very supportive mom dad an brother. They back him all the way, plus other family members. Great job Brayden Casolari.
