Harlan swept all five matches on Thursday in sweeping boys and girls matches against visiting Pineville.
“It was a great first match for these kids. Basically everyone is a first year player and it was a good confidence boost. I’m proud of the sportsmanship and hard work they put into each match and look forward to their continued growth,” first-year Harlan coach Greg Edens said.
Harlan returns to action Monday at Knox Central.
