One of the most consistent players on the Harlan County roster the past two seasons, sophomore pitcher Madison Blair is in the middle of one of the best stretches of her high school career of late to earn honors as the Kellie Wilson Law Office Player of the Week. Harlan County has won four of its last five games, beginning with Blair’s 5-0 shutout of Knox Central. Blair gave up only one run in a 1-0 loss to Pineville, then limited Cumberland Gap, Tenn., to four hits with nine strikeouts and one walk in a 2-1 victory.
