Harlan County salvaged a win during its spring break trip to Pigeon Forge, Tenn., for the Cal Ripken Experience tournament with a 19-1 rout of Bullitt Central on Thursday.
Madison Blair drove in four runs with two inside-the-park homers, a triple and single to lead a 19-hit attack. Jade Burton also had a homer and two singles. Halanah Shepherd hit two homers and drove in three runs. Jenna WIlson, Rylie Maggard and Brittleigh Estep each added a double and single. Aviya Halcomb and Lesleigh Brown singled twice each.
Alexis Adams gave up only one unearned run while giving up two hits to earn the win. Adams struck out 11 and walked three.
Harlan County fell 11-1 to Edgewood, Ohio, on Thursday.
Burton tripled and Brown singled for the HCHS hits. Alyssa Sherman started in the circle, giving up eight runs on nine hits in three innings. Sherman allowed three runs on one hit in one inning.

The Lady Bears fell 15-5 to Elliott County and 11-0 to Union County on Monday.
Madison Blair and Lesleigh Brown each had two hits to lead HCHS against Elliott. Aviya Halcomb, Brittleigh Estep, Rylie Maggard, Halanah Shepherd and Alyssa Sherman added one hit each.
Alexis Adams suffered the loss as she gave up nine runs on nine hits with 13 strikeouts and 11 walks. Alyssa Sherman allowed five runs on four hits with two strikeouts and no walks.
Shepherd had two doubles against Union. Sherman, Jade Burton and Halcomb added one hit each.
Sherman suffered the loss as she gave up eight runs on six his with seven strikeouts and four walks in five innings. Adams allowed three runs on no hits with one strikeout and three walks.
HCHS lost 11-0 to Western Hills and 14-3 to Madison Southern in action Tuesday.
Halcomb drove in three runs and hit a homer to lead Harlan County against Madison Southern. Blair and Burton added singles.
Adams suffered the loss as she gave up 14 runs (10 earned) on 11 hits with five strikeouts and six walks in 5 2/3 innings. Sherman recorded the final out.
Shepherd and Maggard had singles against Western Hills.
Sherman gave up five runs on five hits in three innings with one walk and no strikeouts. Adams allowed five runs on five hits with five walks and two strikeouts in two innings.
