Senior guard Ashton Moser poured in 33 points to lead the Pineville Mountain Lions to a 95-72 victory over the Cumberland Gap Panthers on Monday night in Pineville.
The 13-1 Lions also got big games from seniors Sawyer Thompson and Cameron Puckett as the duo added 21 points each. Dylan Abner and Preston Zachery added six points each. Anderson Gentry and Zander Garrison added four.
The junior varsity fell to the Panthers 38-29. Gentry led the 6-2 Lions with 13 points. Zachery added 10. Eli McDermott scored four. Gabriel Kells scored two.
The Lions return to play at the Titans/Rockets Shootout at Shelby County and Collins high schools. They play Warren Central at 4 p.m. on Friday.
