New Harlan County football coach Jacob Saylor worked with Rhylend Thomas during a practice session Thursday. “These kids are working extremely hard, and that is all I can ask of them,” Saylor said. “The morale and energy have been there, and they keep wanting to learn.” Saylor and the Bears open their season Aug. 24 at Middlesboro.
