Lady Lions edge JACES in overtime

The visiting Pineville Lady Lions edged James A. Cawood 31-30 on Monday in overtime in seventh- and eighth-grade basketball action.
Alyssa Fugate led Pineville with 12 points.
Natalie Moore paced the Trojanettes with 15 points.
Embrey Engle scored 18 and Khloe Daniels added 17 as the Trojanettes coasted to a 41-12 win in fifth- and sixth-grade action.
Abby Collett led Pineville with four points.

The Lady Cats claimed a 26-22 win in fifth- and sixth-grade action as Macy Middleton led the way with nine points.
Evarts won 14-0 in a fourth-grade game as Cabella Bush led the Lady Cats with 12 points.
