Harlan County and Harlan each suffered losses in their final games before opening their district schedules Monday on the road.
Six errors ended any chances the Harlan County Black Bears had Thursday against visiting Corbin as the Redounds scored eight unearned runs on the way to a 17-2 four-inning rout.
The Black Bears were limited to four hits — singles by DaShaun Smith, Zayden Casolari, Gunner Burkhart and Carson Clark.
Casolari suffered the loss as he gave up seven runs (three earned) on four hits with no strikeouts and one walk in two innings. Aiden Lewis allowed 10 runs (six earned) on five hits with four walks and no strikeouts in 1 2/3 innings. Carson Clark allowed one hit and two walks as he recorded one out.
The 6-6 Bears open their district schedule Monday at Bell County and play host to the Bobcats on Tuesday.

Harlan dropped its fourth straight game and six of the last seven with an 8-2 loss Thursday at Knox Central.
Easton Ramsey and Russell Mills teamed on a six-hitter for the 7-5 Panthers.
Eli Freyer led Harlan with his second homer of the season and a single. Baylor Varner singled twice. Chris Rouse and Cooper Thomas added one single each.
Thomas, a freshman, suffered the loss as he gave up eight runs (seven earned) on six his with two strikeouts and four walks in 4 1/3 innings. Braxton Bowen pitched 1 2/3 hitless innings with one strikeout and two walks.
Harlan (5-7) opens its district schedule Monday at Middlesboro.
