Wallins controlled much of the early possession, but Rosspoint’s defensive unit stepped up in a big way after their previous shortened contest. Logan Brock, Caleb Griffith, Luke Wynn, and Landon Ball made several key stops and clearances to keep the game close through much of the first half.
Wallins broke through at the 8:30 mark of the first half when Jace Sargent found the back of the net. They added another goal late in the half at 1:24, with Reid Daniels connecting on a long shot to extend the lead to 2–0.
In the second half, Rosspoint’s defense continued to respond to sustained pressure and held strong for much of the period. Wallins added to their lead at 3:16 when Hunter Evans scored, then followed with another goal at 2:38 to complete the scoring.
Despite the final score, Rosspoint’s defensive effort stood out with multiple players stepping up against consistent offensive pressure from Wallins.

Teams battled for position in the standings while several athletes continued strong individual performances that helped shape the outcomes of tightly contested games throughout the day.
With momentum shifting across multiple matchups and postseason implications beginning to take shape, Saturday’s action proved to be one of the most competitive and entertaining days of soccer so far this season.
