Lady Dragons split games at Middlesboro, Pineville

Harlan earned two wins in fifth- and sixth-grade action and lost twice on the seventh- and eighth-grade level in middle school basketball action last week.
Addison Campbell poured in 28 points as Harlan downed Pineville 34-20 on Thursday.
Harper Carmical scored six in Harlan’s 24-12 win Monday at Middlesboro.
Middlesboro edged Harlan 25-22 in seventh- and eighth-grade action. Raegan Goodman led the Lady Dragons with 14 points.
Rachel Howard scored 16 as Pineville downed Harlan 34-10.
Goodman paced the Lady Dragons with seven points.

Napier leads Evarts over Stinnett

Rylee Napier scored 10 points to lead Evarts past Stinnett 19-14 in fifth- and sixth-grade basketball action Monday.
Khloe Carr and Shawnee Peace added five and four points, respectively.
Evarts won 13-9 in a fourth-grade game as Octavia Wright, Madison Vick and Rockell Robinson scored four each. Macy Sizemore added one.
The Lady Cats return to action Thursday at Mountain View.
