Lady Dragons split doubleheader with Williamsburg

Harlan stayed perfect in fifth- and sixth-grade basketball action with a 23-10 win Monday over visiting Williamsburg.
Addison Campbell scored seven points to lead the 11-0 Lady Dragons.
Williamsburg won 34-27 in seventh- and eighth-grade action as Campbell again led Harlan with 13 points.
Hoskins scored 23 to pace the Lady Jackets.
The Lady Dragons swept two doubleheaders from Barbourville, winning 27-5 in fifth- and sixth-grade action and 22-19 in the seventh- and eighth-grade game on Wednesday at Barbourville. The Lady Dragons won 39-23 in the fifth- and sixth-grade game and 41-17 in seventh- and eighth-grade action on Thursday at Harlan.
The fifth-and sixth-grade All A conference tournament is set for Saturday at Harlan.

Halcomb leads Lady Cats to win over Cawood

Led by 13 points from Rheagan Halcomb, Evarts edged visiting Cawood 38-36 in seventh- and eighth-grade basketball action Tuesday.
Maddi Middleton scored 19 points and Ally Stewart added 17 for the Lady Comets.
Riley Clem led Cawood to a 33-17 win in the fifth-and sixth-grade game with 19 points.
Audrianna Stewart paced Evarts with six points.
Cawood plays host to Cumberland on Thursday. Evarts will be at home Thursday against Black Mountain.
