After leading his Harlan County Black Bears to a pair of victories in the season’s opening week, sophomore guard Trent Noah is the first Kellie Wilson Law Office Player of the Week.
Noah tied a school record with 39 points in the Bears’ season-opening 86-62 win Monday at Perry Central. He followed with a 25-point, 10-rebound performance on Saturday in a 78-55 win over Rockcastle County in the 13th Region Media Network’s Ted Cook Classic at South Laurel High School.
A player of the week will be selected each Sunday during the course of the season from one of the four high school teams in Harlan County.
