Varner throws no-hitter as Dragons rout New Harlan

Harlan scored nine runs in each of the first two innings and rolled to an 18-0 win over visiting New Harlan in middle school baseball action Thursday.
Baylor Varner dominated on the mound as he struck out seven and walked three while pitching a no-hitter.
Brody Owens led the offense for the 5-2 Dragons with three singles. Chris Rouse had two doubles. Eli Freyer added a double and single. Jaxson Perry had a double. Jake Brewer contributed a single.
