Harlan senior John Mark Bryson pitched perhaps the best game of his high school career in a clutch situation for the Green Dragons on Tuesday as he limited Bell County to four hits and one earned run over six innings as Harlan claimed a 4-3 district victory. Bryson earned the honor as the Kellie Wilson Law Office Player of the Week for his performance, which helped Harlan complete a two-game sweep and move into the top spot in the race for the 52nd District’s top seed.
