Casolari places third in age group at Lexington tourney

Harlan County High School golfer Brayden Casolari finished third in his age group over the weekend in the Lexington Junior City Championship at the Kearney Hill Golf Links as part of the Kentucky Junior PGA Tour. Casolari, an eighth-grader at Cumberland Elementary School finished 15th overall in the tournament, which included players up to age 18. Casolari shot a six-over par 79 on the first day and shot a four-over par 76 on the second day. He will return to action Saturday in the SNEDS Tour at the Warriors Path course in Kingsport.
