Harlan’s John Mark Bryson, pictured in action earlier this season, was the winning pitcher Tuesday as the Green Dragons won 8-6 at Hancock County, Tenn.

With their district schedule behind them, the Harlan Green Dragons traveled out of state on Tuesday and returned with an 8-6 win at Hancock County, Tenn.
Evan Browning led the Harlan offense with three singles. John Mark Bryson added two singles. Donovan Montanaro and Andrew Roark added one double each. Noah Lewis, Aiden Johnson and Jayden Ward contributed one single each.
Bryson was the winning pitcher as he gave up six runs (four earned) on six hits, with eight strikeouts and two walks. Browning recorded the save as he gave up only one hit with one strikeout in one inning on the mound.
Harlan (11-14) plays host to Pineville on Thursday.
