One of the 13th Region’s hottest pitchers, Harlan County sophomore Tristan Cooper ran his win streak to four on Tuesday in London as the Black Bears edged South Laurel 3-1. Cooper gave up only one unearned run over six innings on the mound to earn his fourth win in five decisions while earning the selection as the Kellie Wilson Law Office Player of the Week.
