Bulls finish in final four of national tourney in Virginia Beach

The Harlan County Bulls advanced to the final four in the Teammate Nationals Tournament over the weekend in VIrginia Beach, Va. The Bulls defeated Crush Elite (Va., N.C.) 35-34, D.U.K.E. (Ga.) 35-25 and St. Marys Dream (Md.) 40-23 in pool play. The Bulls then defeated Team Baldree (Ga.) 35-22 in tournament action before falling 33-27 to Team Durant (Md.) in the national semifinals. Team members include, from left: Sam Carmical, Trey Creech, Adrian Fields, Carson Sanders, Blake Johnson and Easton Engle. The Bulls have a 53-11 record this season with nine tournament titles.
