Harlan captured the championship of the 13th Region Middle School Tournament with a 40-34 win over Williamsburg in the finals on Thursday at Williamsburg.
Gracie Hensley scored 12 points and Addison Campbell added 11 for the Lady Dragons.
Maddy Hopkins paced Williamsburg with 15 points.
Several of the Harlan players were members of the league fifth- and sixth-grade championship team last season.
