Harlan’s Dylan Cox battled for a loose ball against Knox Central in middle school basketball action Friday. Cox led the Green Dragons with 13 points in a 43-29 loss to the Panthers.

Knox Central pulled away in the fourth quarter for a 43-29 win Friday at Harlan in eighth-grade basketball action.
Grant Miller scored 13 for the Panthers. Austin Bargo and Casey Bright added 11 each.
Dylan Cox paced the 1-2 Dragons with 13 points.
The Green Dragons fell 50-9 in.a seventh-grade game. Brayden Doan scored three to lead Harlan.
Harlan returns to action Monday at home against Pineville.
