Rosspoint hangs on for two-point victory over Evarts

Rosspoint held off an upset bid by Evarts on Tuesday to win a 33-31 thriller. Reagan Clem scored 10 and Jaylee Cochran added eight for Rosspoint.
Rheagan Halcomb and Willow Peace paced Evarts with 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Rosspoint rolled to a 49-3 victory in fifth- and sixth-grade action as Jaycee Simpson scored 16 and Shasta Brackett added nine for the Lady Cats.
Morgan Belcher scored seven points as Rosspoint won 14-2 in a fourth-grade game.
