Trojans win two games at Bell County event

James A. Cawood swept two games Saturday in the JJ Tax Middle School Showcase at Bell County.
Tucker Daniels scored 12 points and Brantley Burkhart added nine as the Trojans won 33-15 in the seventh- and eighth-grade game.
Logan Mills tossed in 12 as JACES won 35-18 over Middlesboro in a seventh-grade game.

Wildcats split two games in JJ Tax Showcase

Rosspoint split two fifth- and sixth-grade games Saturday in the JJ Tax Middle School Showcase at Bell County.
The Wildcats rolled past Middlesboro 56-2 as Weston Nolan poured in 21 points and Easton Halcomb added 14.
Nolan scored 13 as the Wildcats fell 39-32 to Bell Central.
