Hazard/Perry won the east division title in the District 4 Tournament (ages 11-12) with an 8-1 victory Sunday over Harlan at the Benham field.
The Harlan All Start were limited to four hits. Cian Garland led the offense with two singles. Weston Nolan and Isaac Combs added one single each with Nolan driving in the only run.
Lakin Smith pitched a complete game with five strikeouts and two walks.
Harlan will play Knox County on Monday at 7 with the winner earning a spot in the District 4 Tournament final four. Harlan defeated Knox County 8-2 on Friday in a first-round game.
