Down by eight points heading into the fourth quarter on Saturday at South Laurel in the Lisa Collins Classic, Martin County rallied for a 53-51 win over Harlan.
Makenna Marcum, an eighth grader, led the 3-1 Lady Cardinals with 19 points. Sophomore Maci Maynard added 13 points.
Sophomore guard Peyshaunce Wynn scored 23 points to lead the Lady Dragons. Senior guard Cheyenne Rhymer added 12 points.
Harlan (1-4) will travel to Whitley County on Monday and play host to Clay County on Tuesday.

Addy Patton scored 20 points to lead Harlan to a 46-19 rout of Martin County in junior varsity action. Torrie Sundy and Talae Taylor aded eight each for the 1-0 Lady Dragons. Clarissa Yost tossed in five with Addy Cochran adding four and Jerrah Phillips scoring one.
Lexie Cline led Martin five points. Bella Robinson scored four.
