North Laurel junior center Marriella Claybrook leads the 13th Region Coaches Association All-Region Team as player of the year. Claybrook averaged 18 points and 11 rebounds per game this season for the 25-7 Lady Jaguars, who won a fourth straight 13th Region title this season.
Bell County’s David Teague was named coach of the year after leading the Lady Cats to a 23-8 record along with a 52nd District championship.
