Harlan County split a freshman/junior varsity doubleheader Thursday against visiting Corbin, winning 41-37 in a freshman game and losing 48-40 in junior varsity action.
Eighth grade guard Easton Engle led the Bears with 13 points in the freshman game. Hudson Faulkner and Blake Johnson added eight points each.
Easton Hendrickson led the Redhounds with 10 points.
Brady Wilson scored 16 points and Dalton Henderson added 10 to lead Corbin in the junior varsity game.
Sophomore center Tucker Curtis scored 13 points to lead the Bears.
The Harlan County junior varsity team returns to action Friday at Barbourville.
