Lady Dragons fall to Tennessee teams in summer action at Bell

Harlan eighth grader JaLynn Pennington drove to the basket in summer basketball action Thursday at Bell County. The Lady Dragons fell 43-13 to Grainger, Tenn.

LOG MOUNTAIN — The Harlan Lady Dragons fell to a pair of Tennessee teams on Thursday in summer basketball action at Bell County High School.

Addyson Patton scored 10 to lead Harlan in a 34-28 loss to Cumberland Gap, Tenn. Addison Campbell added six points, followed by Lilly Daniels and Addy Cochran with three each, and Torri Sundy, JaLynn Pennington and Talae Taylor with two each.

Campbell scored seven, Taylor tossed in five and Cochran added one in a 43-13 loss to Grainger, Tenn.
