The Harlan County Black Bears split a pair of summer scrimmages Thursday at the Leslie County Team Camp, routing the host Eagles 77-27 and falling 47-44 to Pike Central.
Senior guard Trent Cole poured in 31 points against Leslie. Brady Smith and Landon Brock scored 10 each. Tucker Curtis and Hayden Grace each tossed in seven, followed by Kaden Jones with six, Rydge Lewis four and Colton Delaney with two.
Delaney, Smith and Cole scored 11 each against Pike Central. Brock tossed in five, followed by Jones with four and Curtis with two.
Harlan County fell 34-26 to Pike Central in junior varsity action.
Caysen Farley led the Bears with 13 points. Carson Sanders scored four, followed by Kash Gooden and Easton Engle with three each and Trey Creech with two.
Harlan County returns to action Monday at Clay County.
