Green Dragons defeat Knox, fall to South on last-second shot at Clay

Harlan junior forward Kobe Noe poured in 28 points Wednesday as the Green Dragons pushed South Laurel to the buzzer before falling 57-55. Noe scored 16 in a 63-52 win over Knox Central.

The Harlan Green Dragons split two scrimmages on Wednesday at Clay, defeating Knox Central 63-52 and falling 57-55 to South Laurel on a last-second shot.

Junior guard Jaxson Perry scored 20 points while Legend Mimes and Kobe Noe each added 16 against Knox Central. Ethan Huff tossed in seven, while Elie Noe added four.

Kobe Noe poured in 28 points and Mimes added 14 to lead the Dragons against South Laurel. Perry and Huff added nine and four points, respectively.
