Harlan County junior guard Trent Noah is a second-team all-state selection on the Louisville Courier Journal squad announced Thursday. Noah was named to the Lexington Herald Leader all-state team earlier this month and became the first HCHS player to make multiple all-state teams. Noah led the Bears to a 27-6 record this season while averaging 26.5 points and 12.8 rebounds per game.

Harlan County guard Maddox Huff, pictured in action early last season, joined the schools 1,000-point club in the Black Bears loss to Corbin in the 13th Region Tournament as he scored 23 points. Huff averaged 16.9 points per game to help the Bears post a 27-6 record on the way to winning the 52nd District Tournament title. Huffs teammate, Trent Noah, became the fourth player in Harlan County history to reach 2,540 points as he scored 22 against Corbin.
